A clip-on fan that keeps glasses and goggles from fogging up. Designed over eight years and backed by over $3,000 on Kickstarter.
ClearVane set out to solve a simple but stubborn problem: fogging lenses. Most fixes are bulky or don't work, so I spent eight years designing a small fan that clips onto glasses or goggles and keeps them clear from humidity, breath and sweat. It works with ear protection, helmets and masks, for airsoft, snowboarding and cosplay.
ClearVane is currently unavailable.
I studied Finance and Business Analytics at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, and I build products: apps, hardware and designs. Every OTB Vision project starts with an everyday annoyance and keeps going until it's fixed.
